Villa Arga konum olarak efsane diyebilirim.Ailecek kalmıştık bu villada.Villa gayet bakımlı herşey güzel ve rahattı.Herhangi bir problemle karşılaşmadık.Kalkan'a 3. gelişimdi.Bu kez büyük aile olarak geldik .Balayı tatilimizi de Kalkan'da yapmıştık.Gelmek isteyenlere tavsiye ederim.Bu arada İsmet bey'e çok teşekkürler sağolsun çok uğraştı bizim için.

Muhafazakar bir aile olarak Almanya'dan bu villayı kiralayarak tatile geldik.Villa gerçekten kaliteli yapılmış ancak bir eksik olarak jakuzi var diyebiliriz.Biz fotoğraflarını çok beğenerek kiraladık ve gerçekten de güzel bir villaydı.Havuzu da perdelerle korunaklı hale getirilmiş bu bizim için çok önemliydi.Kısacası çok rahat ettik ve gönül rahatlığıyla kalacaklara tavsiye edebilirim.

This was an amazing villa which lived up to every expectation. There was a great attention to detail and without doubt it had the "Wow" factor. The Stunning sea views and incredible sunsets will forever stay in my mind. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner and the staff from the beginning of our booking to the end of our exceptional holiday. I look forward to returning on my next holiday to the beautiful little town of Kalkan.

4 aile olarak Villa Montanayı kiraladık.Villanın çok güzel bir konumu var.MErkeze çok olmamasının yanında çok kalabalık gürültülü de olmayan bir lokasyon da bulunmakta.Villanın havuzu ve havuz terası çok geniş .Aslında herşeyi tek tek yazmaya gerek duymadım çünkü fotoğraflarda ne görüyorsanız aynısını gittiğinizde karşınızda buluyorsunuz.Ev sahipleri ve havuz personeli cemil bey çok iyi ve ilgili insanlardı sağolsunlar.Gelecek yıllarda tekrardan tatile çıkar isek yine tercih edeceğimizi düşünüyorum.Kiralamak isteyen arkadaşlara da bu villayı kesinlikle öneriyorum.Mangalseverler için büyük bir ocakbaşı bulunmakta...

Right from the moment we enquired about the villa, Tekin and Ahmet were extremely helpful answering questions and giving us useful information. They are rightly proud of their properties and this one is a stunner. Great outside area, stunning views and not at all overlooked. It's in a nice out of town part of kalkan but easy to get into town via short cheap taxi ride. Pool is lovely and kids made daily use of the table tennis table. Inside is very modern and has a lovely feel. I booked airport transfers and car hire via Tekin and service was first class, they really do make you feel special and nothing is too much trouble. This is a 5 star property and I'd look no further if / when we come back to kalkan. Thanks for a great stay Tekin and Ahmet!!

Villa Kaputaş 1 öncelikli olarak muhafazakar aileler için gerçekten biçilmis kaftan.Hem fiyat olarak ekonomik buldugumuz bu villa dizayn olarak da sirin ve kullanisli .Havuzunun tam korunakli olmasi bize tatil boyunca çok rahat ettirdi.Balayi için gelmistik insallah daha sonraki zamanlarda da yine gelme firsatimiz olur.Bu villayi kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz.

Villa tek kelimeyle muhteşem.Çocuklarımla ve aile büyüklerimizle kaldık bu villada.Hiçbir yere gitme ihtiyacınız olmuyor.Ne ararsanız villada mevcut.Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum

Nisan ayinda konaklama yaptigimiz villa melisada gayet güzel bir tatil geçirdik.Villa merkeze yakin oldugu için çok rahat oldu bizim için.Geçen sene islamlarda kalmistik ve yol bizi gerçekten çok yordu.ayrica villanin bahçesi çok güzeldi.Ev sahibimizde bizimle iyi ilgilendi çok sagolsun.Yalniz villanin tek bir eksigi var o da jakuzisi.Hersey çok güzel ama bir de jakuzi olursa tekrardan konaklamaya gelecegiz.Ismet beye ve ev sahibi Ali beye çok tesekkür ediyoruz.Tekrar görüsmek dilegiyle...

Mart ayının sonunda kalmıştık 10 gecelik.Villa bizim için erken temizlenmişti.Herşey güzeldi.Arkadaşlarımızla gelmiştik.Tavsiye ederim

Villa Selende subat ayinda konakladik.Iki arkadas kafa dinlemeye gelmistik.Hersey çok güzeldi.Villanin kapali isitmali havuzu vardi.Ev sahibi degisik bir sistem yaptirtmis.Ama çok güzeldi.Istanbuldan gelirken Afyon yolunda o karli yollari asip günesli havada kapali bir havuzda yüzmek gerçekten güzeldi.,Bu villada kalmak isteyenlere bu villayi kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.Villa sahibine ve villagezegenine tesekkürler.

The villa is beautiful and of very high quality. Plenty of space for 8 people to have their own space or be all together. The pool is a good size and can swim laps if you want. The views are wonderful, a short taxi ride in to town which cost approx 30TL and we used Yousef (number on fridge) he is lovely. The owners Tekin and Ahmed are wonderful and very helpful. Ahmed took the younger ones into town to pick up something to eat on our arrival as it was very late and we were all hungry, cant ask for more can you?

This is a beautiful villa with stunning views. The bedrooms are all perfectly comfortable and each has own individual balcony overlooking the bay. There is a great sized pool which was kept very clean throughout our stay and a nice garden. The owner Tekin & his son Ahmet could not have been more helpful and were very responsive to any requests we had- including providing blackout curtains when I asked for them !! There was ample space for eating , both inside and out and the kitchen was pretty well furnished. Lots of space for relaxing inside too with comfortable sofas and satellite TV. Good wifi connection most of the time too. There is a games room below the villa where our boys spent hours playing pool & table tennis and also a steam room & some gym equipment. ( The owner played pool with us one time and was duly beaten !!) The villa is slightly outside of Kalkan main town but the taxis are cheap and plentiful if you don't have a hire car ( or don't want to use one in the evening ) but it is a fairly long walk to town in the high summer heat ! The town has plenty of really good restaurants and bars and lots of enticing shops!. You can go for boat trips which can be organised from the small harbour in town. Well worth doing for the day. I would definitely recommend this villa to a large group or 2 families. Tekin & Ahmet are really nice and look after the property and its guests very well. A very happy stay. We will be back.
